Everything DiSC® helps you build more effective working relationships based on an understanding of different behavioral styles. It helps you to understand people who aren’t like you, or are too much like you. It develops your self-knowledge and evaluation and describes where your energy naturally directs.
DiSC® model is made up of four basic styles: D, i, S ja C. Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles—usually one, two, or even three styles stand out. Alltogether there is 12 different styles.
