Sovelto Oyj will join Eduhouse Oy on 30 November 2022. As a result of the merger, Sovelto’s customers will become users of Eduhouse’s services in early 2023.
With the merger of Sovelto and Eduhouse, users of the Sovelto Easy, Leader, PRO and PRO Skills services will become users of the Eduhouse service in early 2023. Sovelto’s customers will receive more detailed information about the changes related to the transfer and Eduhouse’s services through Sovelto’s service newsletters, other customer emails and events.
The merger will benefit Sovelto’s customers
Users of Sovelto’s services will benefit from the transfer to users of Eduhouse’s digital education service:
- Eduhouse has its own digital learning platform, which is constantly being developed to meet the needs of organizations. Eduhouse’s learning platform offers, in one place, e.g.:
- Intuitive user interface for continuous learning
- Study plan functionality for individual and organizational needs
- The individual’s certificates, tests, and performance register directly on the platform
- A more comprehensive range of educational content:
- Study paths for learning entireties or even a new role are constantly developed
- A wider range of digital training and a video library that enables the entire organization to cover the various learning needs within the same user interface
Change in the privacy statement
After the merger, Sovelto Oyj ceases to exist as a company. Customers of Sovelto’s continuous services will switch to using Eduhouse’s educational platform at the beginning of 2023, when their user data will be transferred to Eduhouse’s systems. In this context, we are starting to apply Eduhouse’s privacy statement to our customers’ personal data. The transfer and processing of user data is carried out securely from Sovelto’s systems to Eduhouse’s environment, taking into account both the technical requirements and the current data protection legislation. Sovelto’s customers will switch to using Eduhouse’s learning platform, and their user data will be transferred to Eduhouse’s systems in early 2023 as follows: Sovelto PRO and PRO Skills users from week 2/2023 and Sovelto Easy users from week 5/2023. We’ll organize an Eduhouse service user training session for our customers at the beginning of 2023.
Your contract remains unchanged and there will be no changes to it. You get the same service for the same price but in a new learning environment.
The services will be combined from the beginning of 2023, and then new prices will come into effect for new customers.

We transfer information subject to the GDPR from Sovelto’s systems to Eduhouse’s systems, such as your email address and education history.
As a rule, your personal data is not transferred outside the EU, but since the data is stored and processed primarily in electronic form, some of our service providers / contractual partners may be located in countries outside the EU. Such is the case, for example, with HubSpot, Inc., ActiveCampaign, Inc. and Survey Monkey (SVMK Inc.), which we use to collect activation messages and skill mapping. In this case, we will take appropriate protective measures to ensure the registered rights and freedoms in accordance with data protection legislation.
