Cancellation: If the registrant is unable to attend the training, another person may attend instead. If the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the start of the training, we will charge 50% of the training fee as office and reservation costs. If the registrant fails to attend the training without notice of cancellation, we will charge the full participation fee.
