Our offices and training facilities are located at Messukeskus Helsinki in Pasila, and at Technopolis in Tampere. See Contact information on getting here and parking.
Training days begin at 9 am and end at 4 to 4:30 pm. In the morning, our customer service personnel will meet you at the reception and show you to the right classroom.
Breakfast will be served from 8:15 to 9 am in the lobby of Sovelto and in Tampere.
There is usually a one-hour lunch break. Lunch is staggered, starting from 11 to 12 am.
The afternoon coffee break is approximately 15 minutes, starting from 2:00 to 2:45 pm.
Let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We collect immediate feedback on all our courses, so at the end of the course, we would like you to log into our feedback system and answer a few questions. You will receive your login information from your trainer, and while you are on Sovelto’s network, you can follow this link to select your course from a list and give feedback.
If you do not give feedback at the end of the course, we will send you a reminder email with a link to the feedback system. We appreciate all feedback and, generally, the closer the feedback is given to the course, the better.
At our offices in Pasila and Tampere, you can use our wireless network for visitors. Access to the network enables you to stay in touch with the world outside, including during breaks. Feel free to bring to the course a laptop or other device equipped with a wireless network card.
Our wireless network supports the 802.11b and 802.11g standards. Outgoing traffic is enabled using the most common protocols (for example, HTTP, HTTPS, IMAP/S, POP/S and NNTP), including the most common VPN protocols.
Ask the trainer for more information on the use of the network.
Participant changes and cancellations
If you have registered for a course or event and cannot make it, someone else can attend in your place.
Note! With courses that use Microsoft or VMware official materials, a change of participants means that the price of new materials will be charged as an extra cost. (The courses use electronic material that cannot be transferred to someone else’s name if it has been assigned or activated to the original participant already.)
You are allowed to cancel or change your registration free of charge until 14 days before the course or event. After that, we will charge full price of the course or event.
In cases of illness, we will charge the full price in conjunction with the course originally registered for, and the registered person can attend the course when it is next available without extra cost. This requires the presentation of a medical certificate.
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedules of public courses and events, and to cancel them. We are not liable for any indirect costs caused by schedule changes or cancellations, such as travel and accommodation costs.
