AZ-400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions
DevOps:in tavoite on määritelmän mukaan automatisoida ohjelmistokehitykseen, testaamiseen ja ylläpitoon liittyvät IT-palvelutoiminnot. Tämä tehdään, jotta läpimenoaika tuoteideasta siihen että ominaisuus on tuotantoversiossa, minimoidaan.
DevOps on varsin usein vain sanahelinää. DevOpsin tavoitteiden saavuttaminen edellyttää, että prosessi oikeasti automatisoidaan. Tämä voidaan tehdä Azure DevOps järjestelmän avulla. Azure DevOpsin aikaisemmat tuotenimet olivat TFS (Team Foundation Server) ja VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services). Tällä kurssilla käsitellään sekä teoria että konkreettisesti rakennetaan toimiva DevOps prosessi. Tuotteina käytetään Azure DevOpsin lisäksi myös kolmansien osapuolten tuotteita kuten Chef, Puppet, Ansible ja Terraform. Kurssilla tehdään runsaasti harjoituksia.

Kurssi on suunniteltu sovellusarkkitehdeille ja IT-alan ammattilaisille, joiden tehtävänä on suunnitella ja toteuttaa kehitysprojekteja. Kurssi valmentaa testiin Exam AZ-400: Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions.
