Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is paramount to any business. It ensures content and information is stored, processed, and discovered by users correctly. ECM is the most identifiable and applied feature of SharePoint, and yet is commonly implemented incorrectly or not at all in businesses. The result is mismanaged information that reduces performance and productivity and increases cost and security risks.
